Well we just finished shooting another video about GFE Global’s “Proof of Concept” farm in Guanacasta Costa Rica. The video is about business models for Jatropha Cultivation. GFE Global’s primary expertise is Jatropha Curcas cultivation, Intercropping with Jatropha Curcas and oil extraction solutions for Biofuel feedstock. Jatropha Curcas requires approximately 5 years to reach fully maturity.  The “Stand Alone” business model for Jatropa Curcas is similar to Orange Groves or Almond trees; a substantial upfront capital investment and wait years for a ROI. Ultimately this model will make it impossible for some farmers and government programs to consider a Jatropha plantation.
